Thursday February 9th proved to be a great day to glue up a 60′ spar.
We started mixing glue at about 9:00 am and we finished with the clamp up at about 12:45 things went very well as would be expected with such a great team working together.
Two of the joints were masked with release tape so we could take the aft face off after the glue had set, in order to fit blocking and such.
If all goes as planned final glue up will happen on Wednesday the 15th.
